TUV RheinlandChooses DigiMed for Egypt E-Invoicing Integration
Overview
DigiMed Technologies LLC today announced that TUV has selected DigiMed as its integration partner for e-invoicing compliance in Egypt. Under the engagement, DigiMed will connect TUV’s ERP landscape with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing platform, enabling automated issuance, digital signing and real-time submission of electronic invoices in full conformity with Egypt’s e-invoicing mandate.
The Challenge
The engagement covers the full integration lifecycle:

Under the engagement, DigiMed will connect TUV’s ERP landscape with the Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) e-invoicing platform, enabling automated issuance, digital signing and real-time submission of electronic invoices in full conformity with Egypt’s e-invoicing mandate.
The Challenge
The engagement covers the full integration lifecycle:
- Readiness assessment of current invoicing processes and master data (tax registration, activity codes, GS1/EGS item coding).
- Integration design and API development connecting the ERP to the ETA platform, including digital signature (e-seal) handling.
- Invoice data mapping, transformation and validation against ETA document schemas.
- End-to-end testing, compliance validation and production cutover, followed by post-go-live support.

The project strengthens DigiMed’s regional e-invoicing practice, which spans the UAE (PEPPOL), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (ZATCA) and Egypt (ETA) frameworks, working with accredited service providers across the region.
