SHARJAH, UAE — 2 October 2026. DigiMed Technologies LLC is pleased to announce that Kanad Hospital, Al Ain has selected DigiMed to integrate its SAP S/4HANA system with the UAE’s national e-invoicing framework. Under the agreement, DigiMed will connect the hospital’s invoicing processes in S/4HANA to the Federal Tax Authority’s e-invoicing model. Every tax invoice and credit note will be generated, validated and exchanged electronically in the required format. This positions Kanad Hospital to meet the mandate with confidence while its teams stay focused on patient care.

The engagement includes:

• An end-to-end assessment of the hospital’s billing and invoicing processes in S/4HANA against the UAE e-invoicing requirements, including mandatory data fields and the PINT AE standard..
• Integration of S/4HANA with the hospital’s Accredited Service Provider (ASP) under the Peppol-based five-corner model, covering outbound invoices, credit notes and inbound supplier invoices.
• Data mapping, master data clean-up and validation rules, so invoices are checked in S/4HANA before they leave the system rather than being rejected afterwards.
• Status tracking, error handling and reporting within S/4HANA, giving finance teams full visibility of each document’s submission and acceptance.
• End-to-end testing, user training and go-live support, followed by ongoing support as the framework evolves.

The agreement builds on DigiMed’s existing SAP support partnership with Kanad Hospital. It also extends DigiMed’s growing tax-compliance and integration practice, which helps regional enterprises prepare their SAP platforms for the UAE e-invoicing mandate.
