Under the agreement, DigiMed will provide ongoing application management services (AMS) for Kanad’s SAP landscape — keeping the platform stable, current and continuously improving while Kanad’s teams stay focused on their core mission.

The support engagement includes:

• A named support pod with defined SLAs covering incident resolution, service requests and problem management (L1–L3).
• Functional and technical coverage across the SAP modules in use, including ABAP developments and integrations.
• Proactive monitoring, periodic health checks and preventive housekeeping to stop issues before they surface.
• A continuous improvement track delivering user-requested enhancements, statutory updates and periodic release upgrades.
